Sim is such a dream! She is professional and highly skilled at what she does. I recently had my brows nano-bladed and I’m so happy with the result. It was my second session with Resus. The only reason I decided to go back for IPL to Resus was that they really made me comfortable when I was there for the first time. My session was done in an extremely professional way. However, this time it was extremely disappointing. The person attending me seemed in a great hurry, didn't even shave my hair properly. I am not even sure if the required area was even covered completely in such a haste. I feel one has to understand that it's not a routine activity that One comes for and can be overwhelming for some people. She didn't even bother to answer my queries properly and was just asking me to lie down for the session repeatedly. Very disappointing and would not like to come back.Five stars and a big Thanks to only Katie for attending me when I came to Resus for the first time. I think u guys need more staff like her.

I went to absolute cosmetics Innaloo a couple weeks ago and had a fantastic experience. The nurse, Laura and the receptionist, Mayra were so welcoming and made me feel super comfortable! They also both made me feel super confident after my procedure! The facility itself was super clean and beautiful. I will be going back and can’t recommend this place enough!

Really affordable and therapist does a really good job. Had a tan which developed really nicely and also eye lift/tint and brow wax shape.

It is quite on the pricey side. $450 for this. The Tattoo is ok, it didn’t really come off like how I intended despite me asking multiple times and showing references of what I wanted it to look like. The lines are a bit wonky and not straight. The artists said it will heal and look better, so waiting on that.My appointment was booked from 1:30 to 3:45, however the artist was mostly done by 2:45. At which point as discussed earlier, I wanted to add something to the tattoo piece but he said he didn’t have time and had to rush out. And suggested he could add them in at a touch up session, despite the studio not offering free touch up. Which is a bit scummy to rush off and not finishing work and suggesting I must pay more for another session.Overall tattoo is ok but doesn’t feel like it’s worth $450 for 1.5h of rushed work. Service and consult were good, despite the long wait for them. Definitely NOT worth it.Update: I messaged them about it and they blocked me and refuse to reply about the mistakes.

Tassia Anderson, the Practice Experience Manager, who liaised with me throughout my consultation and booking process excelled at her job. She was at all times efficient, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. She made my experience so much easier to navigate! Dr Murray was also very attentive and listened to and addressed my concerns during the consultation.
