I was so nervous for my first session, but Chloe and Marnie were so reassuring and made me feel really comfortable. Marnie talked me through the whole process and answered all my questions before we started which made me feel much more at ease ❤️ I can't wait to see the results after my next few sessions.Thanks again Marnie and Chloe! Warm and friendly atmosphere, with even friendlier staff. The photo of the staff on the desk brought a smile to my face, seemed like such a ‘homey’ environment.Staff were very supportive and non-judgemental. I was nervous more to the fact of my “additional needs’ but they were kind, confident and efficient. I had nothing to worry about. :-)

Great friendly staff, excellent service. Any worries or concerns with regards to procedure were immediately alleviated once walking through the door and speaking to staff. Procedure was fast and a lot less painful than what I had thought. Highly recommended.

Had my first appointment with SW Laser last week. I was so nervous (mainly because I forgot numbing cream) but Marnie made me feel so comfortable! I was so so grateful! I was nervous because of people telling me how painful it is to get a tattoo removed but I felt welcomed from the moment I started the process of the consult. The staff are amazing, I’ve been twice now and I’ve felt comfortable and welcomed each time, they are very knowledgeable and I learnt a lot about the process. I can’t recommend enough, I’ve already been telling my friends to come here. Also the numbing cream that you can buy is a good idea because it is painful.

Honestly can not recommend the team at SW enough !! From my enquiry to my first appointment everyone I have had contact with has been incredibly helpful, informative and super nice. Chloe and Marnie made me feel so at ease and relaxed from the moment I arrived for my appointment. I'm 24 hours post appointment and can already seen a difference in both of my tattoos. I'm so glad I found SW and can not wait to continue my journey with them.

I've only had one treatment so far (and initial consult) and I can't speak highly enough of this team!! They are so professional and friendly, and made me feel so comfortable - even when I was really nervous. The information they provide is thorough and super helpful. Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else for tattoo removal and I've already started telling my friends and family that if they want a tatt removed, to go to SW Laser because they are AMAZING :)

I had a very pleasant experience, it wasn't painful at all. The staff were extremely thorough with what I was to expect with the procedure as well as the recovery period. I highly recommend SW Laser Tattoo Removal to anyone who is wanting to remove those unwanted tattoos or even just lighten tattoos for future cover up's. First photo is before the session and the second photo is 2 days after first session. Very happy with the result this early in.
